Our interconnects are typically encapsulated in thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), combining stretchability with durability. They are built to withstand millions of strain cycles, ensuring long-lasting performance in dynamic environments.

With reliable performance over 1 million cycles at a 1Hz cycle rate and 30% displacement, our interconnects are ideal for applications that demand consistent reliability under stress.

Stretchability and Flexibility

Designed to handle elongations significantly in excess of 100%, depending upon the substrate, our interconnects maintain their integrity and performance even when subjected to significant stretching.

The minimum bend radius of less than 1mm at the trace and 2.5mm at the board interface enables maximum flexibility without risking mechanical failure. You can even pinch an interconnect with a hard crease, and it will recover quickly.
